Restaurant Managers are responsible for the hiring, development and retention of the best front of the house co-workers, assuring exceptional guest service, managing costs and generating cost improvements and implementing company policies, standards, programs, and procedures.
As a member of the management team, he or she is an agent for change, and performance is measured on the successful attainment of goals that are directly related to growth and financial improvement.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience and possesses outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to create an atmosphere in the restaurant that
builds energy, vitality and a cohesive team is required.
